Question Cauda Equina vs Conus Medullaris

I'm always confused about these two so time to understand it once and for all.

I know one of them (Conus medullaris?) is when the vertebral column ends but the spinal cord continues past.
And one (cauda equina?) is where the spinal cord itself ends.
"inflammable means flammable!? What a country."

Remember even the vertebral column end there is a lot of nerves to need to find their way down. All these are called cauda equina or "horse tails" they contains the nerve roots from L1-5 and S1-5
