could you provide full question stems please?

I did this one online, I would like to discuss this one.

(you are not allowed to copy-paste, but retyping the q is just fine)

Thank you!

Block2.q4:

I think the answer is B.

The significant difference is 4% (small magnitude as the stem explains)
==============
If it was A, p value should have been > 0.05.

p<0.05 = 5% chance that there is no difference between groups, null hypothesis is rejected.
========
C - p value was small enough to justify, but they didn't so it doesnt make sence...
========
D - samples were high enough to achieve statistical significance, no sence also.

Block2.q23:

1800 x 7 = 12,600 - her weekly caloric intake.

she needs to lose 7,000 calories per week to lose 2lb per week (3500 x 2)

12,600 - 7000 = 5,600 should be her weekly intake

5,600/7 = 800

so - decrease calories by 500 and start walking 1hr per day (also 500)

Choice D

Block2.q31

It's C, its pretty straight forward.

q50

I am pretty sure it is B.

CGG increase and methylation dicrease the transcription activity in fragile X syndrome.

=====

In q20 I think I picked noncompetitive antagonist and it wasn't wrong.
But I have no clue about that one.

I also guessed noncompetitive. I think I know whats going on now.

When it's given in a low dose its acting like a proper noncompetitive, pushes curve to the right and decreases potency as there are still some receptors available for Drug X to act.

But when you give it in a very high dose, it saturates ALL the receptors. None are available for Drug X to work, so along with right shift and decreased potency we will also see decreased efficacy, cause Drug X cannot work at all.
