Bacteria Most likely organism in CF pneumonia!

CF pneumonia. which of the following is the most important pathogenic attribute
of the most likely causal organism

a. blue green pigment
b. pili
c. polysacharride capsule
d. toxin
e. urease

ans: C
why not d? exotoxin (that inhibit ribosome) or endotoxin??

When CF pts get infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa it becomes most often a chronic infx which is almost impossible to get rid of, the capsule is a very important factor in regards to surviving the harsh environment and the transformation they undergo in the thick mucosal layer
