All the biochem you need to know is in FA.

Some of the stuff might not be written out, but its there in the diagrams. You just have to know what's going on. If you can understand everything written in FA including everything that's going on in the diagrams and figures in each step, you should be good.

Once you've done that, then go over the Bio-Chem questions in UW, QBank, Qbook or whatever questions you have access to.

Yep! Maybe you just need to brush-up on biochem bec. after a while all those pathways leak out of our brains. They're very easy to forget.

After brushing up on FA and ME, maybe you can take another nbme and see how it goes. Then, haga is right, revise high-yield questions that you find from a source that's very similar to NBME 13.

I'd use nbmes as a source of questions to revise if you're this close to the exam.

Good luck!!

I agree with the above 2 comments...
I just finished kaplan biochem 2 days ago (did some chapters a few months ago) and now I am just reviewing it along with FA and doing kaplan Qbank (subject wise) to see if I still remember the stuff because it used to be one of my weak subjects. Mainly the DNA/RNA stuff... And some cycles..
So just keep reviewing those areas over and over.. And do questions everyday atleast for a few hrs..

I personally think Kaplan biochem is great
I havent even touched FA biochem because Kaplan has made my biochem quite strong.
