Lower face?
hm.
If it was nose, maxilla and eye - than it would be carbamazepine for 3-geminal neuralgia...

Citrus flavored gum? =) its like if she'd have scurvy from filming a movie in a submarine for 6 month straight?

Meh... I'd go with carbamazepine, assuming that the V3 brunch will still supply lower face, and the nerve ending would be irritated by the brush.

...time off work ahaha

I dont think people in india know much about the porn scene, the only reason they know sunny leone is because she was on big brother india or something.
But priya rai is pretty popular amongst western Indians ages 16-45 lol.

Answer is Carbamazepine; she has trigeminal neuralgia.

How does it sound odd though...I certainly wasn't the first NRI to go to India to study and I certainly wasn't the last....why does anyone go to med school??? Lol @ why take the pain.....I spent as much money to pay for the whole of med school in India then what I would have had to pay for undergrad here

The patient should be checked for focal neuro deficits -- esp. the gag reflex.

Maybe with something else other than the tongue depressor...

The prospect(/hope) of such a test ever being permitted is why i got into medicine lol

But yea,
This may be the only case in which we see loss of gag reflex not due to lesion of CN IX, but desensitization of it lol.
