Ye!
ASAP = As soon as possible.

Try to review your mistakes and review your weak areas in that one week and then see how you do in NBME 12.

If you can get hold of kaplan qbank, do the questions in your weak subjects there. They say kaplan qbank's questions are divided into biochem, genetics, cell bio, and mol. bio. If that's any of your weak areas, kaplan qbank's a good place to start. It's also the next best thing to uworld and the nbmes. You might want to look into it.

It happens sometimes.. You problie haven't reviewed your strong subjects (immuno) because you were too busy with the weak subjects.. And immuno is sometimes easy to forget when you dont look over it. Js try to give a quick read through the HY stuff.
Like d_wiqed said you should try to do the kaplan qbank. It does have all the subjects divided... With different number of questions.. Some courses like Micro has over 200 questions whereas some courses like hito has less than 40 questions..

Does this nbme have harder and more questions in immuno and other "new" weak subjects that you were strong in before? I remember someone also taking nbme 11 before and has immuno as the same weak subject. Maybe it's just a coincidence... I haven't taken form 11 yet so I wouldn't know. Maybe someone else has a theory. Of course, what Suka said is also a plausible explanation.

Yea that tends to happen ...everything is relative...nothing can give you an accuracy on what you are weak on other then your qbanks as the question pool is much much diverse.
