Help What to do during sunday?

I know that I'm supposed to have some rest every now and then... Today is Sunday, I should relax a bit but I just can't stop thinking of step 1

What do you guys do on Sunday?

It helps if you spend it with a special someone. The love endorphins give you a high -- a euphoria that will keep you going for another week. At the end of the day, every hour not spent on the usmle is worth it. It will remind you why you work hard for step 1.

Go outside for a walk, listen to the music, read some literature, watch smth funny that will make you "forget" about step 1

check this out: http://www.ditstudentcenter.com/arti...rds-exams.html

It's impossible to read for the boards 7days a week around 6-8 hours. I'm a human not a Robot
I think taking a day or even one evening for the rest is our right

Wish you luck !

u can always watch a movie, or try cooking something, or do some sort of exercise from lifting weights to playing ball.. I don't know how Taiwan is but maybe even go out and try to start a random conversation with someone?! Or if u really can't stop thinking about it, try to find some ways not to think about it such as meditating or researching other ideas that may help.. Maybe u will get so caught up doing this and before u know it, will find a way that will help u relax throughout the week even andd keep ur mind occupied for Sunday.. Hope this helps!

I'm in HsinChu, which is in the North part of TWN. Here there is no Med school just engineer school. And when I want to talk with someone about how I feel about stetp 1... they go like "Oh don't worry, it'll be okay" and I'm like ha ha ha

Well... Good morning everybody!!! Next round between me and step 1. Thank for your support.

well i currently don't have a girlfriend, and my friends like to drink a lot so as long as i'm preparing for the boards i don't want to drink so i try no to go out.

So what i do in sunday is study, but not as hard as during the week, but still will study, plus i try to follow my teams REAL MADRID, CHELSEA, and Baseball season is coming, so will try to follow the Red Sox, and i see every day Sports Center sports FANATIC i would say.

Study for the boards for me is priority so i currently have no social life until i finish with this thing. It will make it sweeter when i finish.

lol funny how you have to clarify that you've been a REDWINGS fan for a long time .. Dude they're like the Yankees or MAN U or LAKERS of hockey lol .. everyone's 2nd favourite is the RedWings (Mine are too btw )

Anyways, Leafs have a chance but yeah they've been a big disappointment but Burke has made this team a lot better in the last couple years.

No "problema" man ... M.D. got it from the University of San Carlos of Guatemala, and the Master degree got it from the Kaohsiung Medical University.

I think it is because where I live there are no Med schools at all, so I guess that it is less likely for people to know what I am talking about.
