Default Dipyridamole -> Bronchospasm?

Dipiyridamole is contraindicated in asthma patients because it can cause bronchospasm.
However, dipyridamole is a PDE inhibitor and I got quite confused here.
PDE inhibitors increase cAMP which causes bronchodilation (just like theopyline.)
Can someone explain me how dipyridamole causes bronchospasm?

dipyridamole moa:
1) increases cAMP in platelets by inhibiting degradation by PDE3 --> less ADP --> less platelet aggregation
2) adenosine uptake inhibitor --> increased extracellular concentration of adenosine --> vasodilation
3) induces histamine degranulation from bronchial smooth muscle --> bronchospasm.

hope this helps
