me not sure neither .. but the point Im sure of that western diet proteins increase blood acidosis .. fat and carbohydrate at normal situations increase it a little bit ..

I know normal daily urine Ph should be ranges between 4.5 to 8 .. so I excluded the 4.2 and 9 choices .. The meal here is reach with protein and fat .. and supposedly they asked about it effects on urine ( they didn't determined when exactly ) but it should make it more acidotic .. now why 5 not 6 I m not sure but I just went with the lowest one !!

respiratory compensation should function here more rapidly ..

I found this in Wikipedia ..

pH
The pH of urine is close to neutral (7) but can normally vary between 4.6 and 8. In persons with hyperuricosuria, acidic urine can contribute to the formation of stones of uric acid in the kidneys, ureters, or bladder.[13] Urine pH can be monitored by a physician[14] or at home.
A diet high in citrus, vegetables, or dairy can increase urine pH (more basic)[dubious - discuss]. Some drugs also can increase urine pH, including acetazolamide, potassium citrate, and sodium bicarbonate.[citation needed]
A diet high in meat can decrease urine pH (more acidic).[citation needed] Cranberries, popularly thought to decrease the pH of urine, have actually been shown not to acidify urine.[15] Drugs that can decrease urine pH include ammonium chloride, chlorothiazide diuretics, and methenamine mandelate.[16

waiting for the answer !!
