nucleus accumbens of Cn VI can be damaged ? I forgot.. Neuroamatomy is my biggest weakness

Hah I think I was right! It's basically coz the abducens and facial nerve nuclei are close by and the facial nerve loops around the abducens nuclei it can damage the abducens nuclei if it (facial nerve) gets damage or Inflamed.

I meant abducens nuclei not accumbens nuclei
