If you haven't finished uWorld, Rx, and Kaplan, do so in that order

If you finished those three primary banks and still want another bank, buy TrueLearn.

BoardVitals sucks dick

I used it and liked it a lot. I would suggest it as your first bank to review as the questions aren't all as difficult as those you'd see in Uworld which is more 3rd order questions/tertiary reasoning. I'd do boardvitals to brush up on the basics and see where you are at, then Uworld to challenge yourself. Didn't try Kaplan but thought BV was equivalent to the others mentioned and definitely doesn't suck ___, lol.

BoardVitals is decent. Our Medical School actually purchased it for us, so I don't know the cost, but I thought it was a really solid review. It's not as good as UWorld, but I'd put it on par with Kaplan.

Pros: Good, multi-step questions. A couple that showed up almost word for word on the exam.
Cons: Explanations aren't super lengthy. You may have to dig a bit through the references to find what you're looking for.

I'm just looking to do more and more questions. Can you provide more information about truelearn and how helpful it was on your step exam if you have taken it already.
