Calculator Calculator in NBME

I did nbme and did not found calculator!!!!
how about the real exam
which soft wear is more close to exam???
also I want to ask does they allow us to wear watch on exam ???(hand watch)??if not how to know time during the break??

real exam typically looks like as uworld......exactly same software is used as used in uworld......u r allowed to wear nothing but clothes on u + carry an ID proof ( like passport ).....during the break u have to watch time on the wall clock in the locker room or u can keep watch inside ur locker and see the time..( am telling u what i experienced at the prometric where i gave the exam).....
