Anatomy Kaplan Qbank Freaking Gross Anatomy Questions!

Hey everybody,

I was just wondering if gross anatomy needs to be done in a lot of detail. Kaplan Anatomy Lecture notes are not very detailed in this area. But the Qbanks are asking freak questions about relations of nerves and blood vessels to specific muscle tendons etc. Obviously, all this isn't covered in the lecture notes. So do I have to consult some other book for gross anatomy?? Or is the Qbank being excessively detailed on minute stuff as usual??

Pls do let me know. Thanks in advance

In Anatomy, they usually say that FA + uworld is enough -- a friend of mine who already took the exam thought so. It still depends... There are others who say that kaplan anatomy is certainly not enough.

I guess as long as you understand Kaplan qbank anatomy, then, KLN anatomy, Kaplan qbank, FA, and uworld are enough.

If you feel that you need to get an overview of the material, still supplement KLN, or just really want to make sure and ace the exam, you can use HY gross anatomy since it's very easy to read.

i certainly understand kaplan anatomy, mostly because it's so short anyway

but kaplan Qbank asks many questions about muscle attachments and the like which are not in the lecture notes... are these minutae very important??
