biggest Prognostic factor is presence of metastasis right?
i know breslow score(depth of invasion) no.1 prognostic factor but is it only in case of there is no metastasis( also nodal metastasis?)

I think the prognosis of Melanoma directly correlates to its thickness.

Wouldn't it have to invade a certain depth before it reaches the lymph nodes for metastasis ? .. I think once it reaches that depth it means that it has metastasized and so the prognosis is poor. I'm not too sure.
