Question Asymmetric smile and joint swelling

27 yr woman comes to ER because of a slightly asymmetrical smile & swollen right knee and left shoulder past 2 days. On obtains past history it's learnt that 3 months ago she developed a painless, ring shaped mark on her left forearm that expanded outward and then went away. 2months ago, the pt had joint swelling go her left elbow, which lasted for 3 weeks n then resolved on its own.
What is the most likely pathogen?

A. Neisseria Gonorrhoeae
B. Streptococcus Pyrogens
C. Parvovirus B19
D. Borrelia burgdorferi
E. Rickettsia rickettsii
