Question Arthus reaction Biopsy

what can i see if i biopsied arthus reaction? Immune complex with macrophage?
also fibrinoid necrosis or is it just vasculitis?

It is type 3 hypersensitivity reaction.

"Typical of most mechanisms of the type III hypersensitivity, Arthus manifests as local vasculitis due to deposition of IgG-based immune complexes in dermal blood vessels"
