Virus Virus carried by Culex mosquitoes!

A 68 year old man brought to the ER because of two days history of fever, headache, muscle weakness, and confusion. His temperature is 38.6C (101.5F). Physical examination showed generalized lymphadenopathy and right lower limb muscle weakness. Labs detected antibodies to a virus that is maintained in wild birds, carried by humans by Culex species mosquitoes, and has a low fatality rate. Which of the following is the most likely causative virus?

A- Yellow fever virus
B- Corona virus
C- Dengue virus
D- Norovirus
E- West Nile virus
F- Poliovirus
