Drug antiarrhythmics and indications

It seems like every book and every source I look at says slightly different things... so I'm going to try to sum up what I found in this post. Could you guys confirm or correct if anything is incorrect?

Class IA - WPW (procainamide), SVT, v.tach
Class IB - SVT, v.tach especially post-MI
Class IC - AF? contraindicated post-MI (or other structural changes)
Class II - AF/AFL, SVT, v.tach
Class III - WPW (amiodarone), refractory ventricular tachycardias unresponsive to other treatments
Class IV - similar to Class II for AF/AFL, SVT but used for atrial tachycardias
