Microscope Lymph Node Biopsy Question!

A 45-year-old man visits his personal physician for a persistent fever. On exam, he has lymphadenopathy. As part of a more extensive workup, a supraclavicular lymph node biopsy is taken. A microscopic image from the biopsy is shown in the figure. What is the patientís most likely diagnosis?
A. Diffuse mixed lymphoma
B. Hodgkin disease
C. Infectious mononucleosis
D. Lymphoblastic lymphoma
E. Small lymphocytic lymphoma

Hodgkins? i can see a RS cell, or may be i was jus looking for it

I see Reedsternberg and think it is Nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin's lymphoma (:

isn't it correct?

I dont see any reedsteinbergs here... I think it looks more like mononucleosis

I think that both are RS cells - left one is popcorn-shaped nucleus and other one is with owl eyes

yes, it is hodgkin disease
pbf shows RS cells. also, lymphocytes seen in the background.

I was only able to diagonse it clinically based on his presentation that this is most likely
"Hodgkin"
But could not identify RS on the slide.
