Biochemistry Carbs, Proteins, Fat, Alcohol Calories?

can someone please post questions/answers to this type of concept that we have to use the knowledge that ....

Carbs = 4g; protein 4 g; alcohol = 7 g; Fat = 9 g

I have seen it before somehwere...but, I can't locate those question.

This is another one:
A 46 year old obese patient is referred to a dietitian for evaluation of his food intake.The patient is 5'8" tall and weighs 250lbs. He consumes 3,000 calories per day , with 30% coming from proteins. How much protein does this patient consume per day?
A.130g
B.160g
C.180g
D.225g
E.250g
