which ones are neutral amino acids?

At neutral pH, all of the amino acids are neutral except for the ones that are acidic and basic.

Acidic: Glutamate, Aspartate
Basic: Lysine, Histidine, Arginine

All of the others have a net neutral charge at physiologic pH. But I don't know if I'd call them entirely "neutral" - the carboxyl group will have a negative charge and the amino group will have a positive charge.
