Hello Guys, I'm n IMG 4m India and new to this forum. Wud ne1 enlighten me wid any in4mation regarding the difference b/w Goljan RR Path International Edition and the Indian Edition as the later 1 is significantly cheaper. I'v a pdf version of the 3rd edtn of the former 1. But dont kno about the indian 1 (pics n other stuff).

Also I wana kno..if its essential to buy the latest editn of

Those are all valid questions, but I just can't take a post seriously when a person spells "from" and "information" with the letter "4".

Nope. It's not essential to buy the latest kaplan step 1 Qbook. According to feedback, the questions there rarely change across editions. Also, the Qbook itself is not a critical part of the prep.

As for Goljan RR, I can't really say for sure about the Indian Edition. But based from experience (SouthEast Asian edition vs. International edition vs. US edition, etc.), only the quality of the print changes. You can check at your local bookstore to see if you're concerned about the quality of pics, etc.

Totally agree.
In fact if you read the forum rules (link at bottom of every page), you'll see that they said please do not these abbreviations as it makes the conversation totally non-professional.

there is no difference between the two
as d_wiqued correctly pointed out only the quality of print may vary
i have infact seen the 4th edition also..its same as the 3rd one just that they have corrected all the mistake/misprints in the 3rd one
you can easily find errata to the 3rd edition

Yeah! I really think this is not at all a professional way to communicate. Please don't use such abbreviations here. it gives a ad image on doctor's reputation!!
It just takes a few more minutes to type!!
anyways, about the book, there's no such difference which can under your base of knowledge. It just might be that the quality of paper used is not so good. and might be she pics are not colored. thats it!!
so don't worry about the book, just worry about the hard work you have to put in to it!

Yeah. Totally. Like, Lol!!!

I guess that it has become a ubiquitous part of on-line discourse. I don't think that it really matters, so long as it is not excessive to the point of incomprehensibility.
