Genetics Incomplete penetrance and possibility of affected phenotype

Lets say..Penetrance degree of 80%
heterozygotes of Autosomal dominant mate and have a offspring,,
what is the probability that the offspring would be phenotypically normal?

Is it also possible that Homozygote dominant can also show incomplete penetrance therefore be normal?

Ans: 40%,,according to kapla

i would have guessed 35% not counting in the homozygote

Homozygotes have to be counted because even homozygotes can have incomplete penetrance i.e. having the AD disease (two copies) and not having the phenotype.
