Question Pathogenesis of Graft Versus Host Disease?

can any 1 explain pathogenesis of GVHD and possible q on exam...confused.:con fused:

GVHD can occur when organs rich in lymphocytes like bone marrow and liver are transplanted. The GRAFT's T cells proliferate in the host and recognize the HOST cells as foreign and destory them. This is a type 4 hypersensitivity reaction
As far as the question is concerned, i guess they will give a scenario abt organ transplant and probably mention bloody diarrhoea, rash and jaundice!
