well its normal to feel after a few days break that you dont remember much and also find it hard to concentrate. the key is to hang in therre and keep on reading. you will be fine in 1-2 days

I am at the same boat as you...
I didn't study for abt a week or a lil more than that since I was sick... And when I tried to start it yesterday it was a bit hard to even open my book!
Today is a bit better than yesterday (I opened the book 2 hrs ago and didn't close it yet). When you stop it starts slow.. But js review the stuff that yo u have already finished... I am reviewing behavioural and annotating it to FA right now.. And then in a bit I am going to do SKIN (not that excited abt right now).
Try to do a bit today.. Just force review a few chapters from the course that you like.. Just to get you back into the mood.. And then later just do some questions.. Then tom u will be better at it
Good luck!
