Question NBME Score and fatigue

Do NBME scores take into account the "fatigue" factor? As there are 7 blocks in Step 1 compared to only 4 blocks in NBME practice exam, students tend to get tired as the exam progresses, especially towards block 6 and 7. I would figure that this would lead to more careless mistakes in these blocks. I wonder if NBME score takes that into account. Any thoughts?

tests (neither nbme or step1) do not have the responsibility of taking human error into account when calculating their score.

fatigue is up to you.

Nah i don't think so....some people do back to back nbmes to properly simulate the test....i think its cool just to do the nbme though....from many people I've heard that yea of course you will get fatigued a lil bit during the real deal around 6 or 7 block but you have so much adrenaline that it carries you...

i get an adrenaline rush just off nbmes, can't imagine the real deal
