Would PDs see the two-digit score?

Why is two digit scores(step 1) are low these days. Does the PD look for 3 digit or 2 digit or both? Please clarify & elaborate.
Thanks!!

They've changed the 2-digit scoring system to reflect the fact that it doesn't matter. They're doing away with it altogether.

PDs won't see your 2-digit score. The only person who sees it is the people at the state licensure offices, and it only exists because a lot of states still require a 75 as a pass mark.
