Dr. Najeeb is an amazing lecturer, however the videos won't suffice for the step exam. I believe every student studying for the step should have a copy of FA to annotate as they go through review material. I love the videos but definitely wouldn't rely on them alone. Check out the forum and see what other students have been doing.

Najeeb is a great lecturer. His lectures are very good to build concepts during medical school, but you'd rather like sth more rapid (review) for these exams. So in my opinion Najeeb is not the right choice.
best of luck to you!

I graduated in 2013. I know that I need to do a lot of questions and do first aid, but I need to build some basics again, because 3 years has passed. Do you think I need to skip Dr.Najeeb lectures and use Kaplan or any other review? thanks

I think you should systemically go through Kaplan first to refresh your memory. For topics you need more information on or have trouble understanding, use Dr. Najeeb. He reinforces the concepts by digging deep into them. I used to complain about the length of his videos, but his in-depth teaching allows you to conceptually understand and not just memorize. Use him alongside Kaplan. You have a lot of ground to cover and Dr. Najeeb does not cover every subject completely but for the topics that he does cover, you will be pleased with the videos. All the best!
