Have been where you have. Best next step is take an NBME and see where you are at. Work on weak areas and retake again. Definitly do Uworld again and agian. Do questions in subject mode for weak areas. And keep reviewing again and again.

Your cumulative in uworld is a bit low. You still have to work on your weak areas. Go back and hit the books again on the subjects your scores are lowest. You can watch the videos without taking notes on these SELECTED subjects and it's just going to take you 3-4 days per subject. Then, do the uw questions again on those subjects. For example, if you're low in physio, watch the cardio physio video (marathon) then do uw cardio physio questions again. Do this for the subjects you're having difficulty with.

I'm saying that you need to do an in-depth study because simply repeating uworld without going back to your books would be futile. In my opinion, if you don't reread, you won't be able to fully understand uworld's concepts and you might end up just simply memorizing uworld's explanations.

For the most part, I agree with gear2d. However, I don't think you're in shape to take an online nbme just yet. Strengthen your weak areas. Then, start with the retired offline nbmes (forms 1 and 2) first. If you've scored > 75%, that's when you know you're ready to take an online nbme.

I think that you are doing okay. You need to finish FA and memorize it by heart. Just leave everything else at this point. Just memorize it. Then take offline NBME 1 and see where you stand!
