As an img, what resources you guys recomend in order to get a high score? Please answer, I'd really appreciate it

Well, I just started my third year student and I've taken every coarse that's going to be tested on usmle step 1 except pathology, im taking path this semester and the next. I'm not sure how soon, after taking path, I should take the test
