Help 8 Years Grad Looking for Study Plans

Hello!

I'm an IMG graduated 8 years ago and working full time as surgical assistant , i would appreciate it if somebody give me some advice how to start preparing for USMLE step 1.
I need a study plan for USMLE step 1. (I plan to study with Kaplan lectures and videos.)

Thank you in advance.
