there is bullet on pg 167 on right side

MVP sudden death:
arrhylhmias from mitral
regurgitation or CHF.

i cant get it. can any1 explain it?

MVP-->Mitral regurtitation-->Atrial enlargement-->fibrillation--> death(due to embolic stroke may be!)

MVP-->Mitral regurtitaion-->volume overload condition-->CHF!

This is what i think!
