Default Pharma Drug Structures!!

Kindly tell Are structures of drugs tested on step 1??? and also that cholestrol, pregnenelone, mineralocorticoid/glucocorticoid pathways, is it important to learn structures in them???

You don't need to know the specific structure as long as you understand how the structure might affect the function. For instance, it might help to know when a drug is particularly lipophilic because that means that it can cross the placenta and/or the blood-brain barrier. Or that steroids can easily cross cell membranes.

But you'll never need to know the chemical structure of a drug.
