hie am a graduate from india could any one please let me know how important usce for matching as i dnt hav any usce ,planing to do observership after my step1
if we dont have usce will we remain unmatched ???

well usce is really very important for matching and the recent matching experience tells a lot about it. people with low scores also matches as they collected more of clinical experience. clinical electives hold a much more importance but since you are a graduate you can consider observerships and research in the specialty you are interested in.

I am pretty much in the same situation. If you get any lead then please inform me as well.
I am looking for clinical experience myself, I have heard it has more weight age than research.
