I just finished my first time of DIT, now im doing a quick scan of FA so that i can take a SA.
After that SA, im going to do DIT again for 15 days, starting on sunday

My first time of DIT took almost a month, doing it in 15 days is certainly going to be a challenge! But if we stick to it and keep updating this thread, we could do it

Sunday it begins!

Why you think DIT is better than Kaplan considering the amount of time you have allocated it.

Well it all depends on what you used during your prep.

My focus was on FA and UW, I only did "outside sources" -such as kaplans- once (for understanding concepts only).

In addition to the fact that my exam is very close and i think going through HY stuff closer to the exam is much more important that going through everything else. So the plan is going over (FA+UW) over and over again.

Anyway, Im gonna do FA another time with or without DIT, why not do it with the help of Dr. Jenkins

the 2012 goes much deeper into detail , its not only the going through fa like they did in the 2011. There are more explanations. each lecture is not 1:40 like in 2011 , but they are shorter and more in quantity , like 30-40 min. When they teach they go really basic first so u understand 100 % and then they "build" the house =)
yes i bought it

@Sadde - could you please tell us how are the 2012 videos better than 2011? In terms of questions they give, content itself, anything else? I would appreciate it

there are more warmup quizzes before u start , there are quick quizes during the lecture , and there are ENd-Session quizes. they also provide the USMLE Weapon Qbank. The questions are more in detail , they want to make sure u learn the stuff.

dit 2011 was more about reviewing and going through FA and also adding points which FA missed. dit 2012 is more about building ur foundation + reviewing the stuff like the 2011 ed. Also again , more Questions are available with the 2012 ed.

Well Kaplan videos are more than 250+ hours as compared to DIT which are around 75 to 80 hours
