i can understand what you are going through coz we all go through this.try to constantly remind yourself that you have a beautiful mind and heart and you can do it. incorporate some morning excercise in your routine. i get fired and charged up on bicycling or runing. we need endorphins at this time and nothing is more good than excercise.

I completely understand what you're going through as most of us felt the same in a way or another. Is the exam challenging? yes. but is it achievable? definitely.
in my opinion, the main key is consistency and hard work. even the smartest and most talented ppl might score low or even fail this exam if they don't give it enough time and dedication. and the opposite is also true; someone with limited talents can score high with enough dedication and hard work. although in my view, for someone to have gotten into med school, that person must have above average IQ, regardless of the country.

things that might help you:
surround yourself with positive energy and positive ppl, and cut the negative energy out of your life, find a serious study partner, take a day off every couple of weeks, do as many questions as you can and smile as you see your scores improve, pray (or do whatever spiritual activities that help you).

Personally, I faced major obstacles while preparing for step 1, and there were times where I felt the challenge was overwhelming. but thanks to prayers and consistency, I scored 250+

be patient, consistent and most importantly, have faith in yourself, even at the times when no one else will.

Stay strong my friend!

You will breakdown and build ur self back up stronger. This is the process that makes us great doctors in the future.

The most important thing is to never give up! No matter how tough it gets, you will overcome it!

Good luck

Thank you so much for this… I really need it/. I’ve been studying for so long, recently scored only 194 and I’m devastated… I’ve done a lot and I know I have knowledge needed but to be honest… I’ve scored 190 and 194 in the last 3 weeks and I don’t know… I kind of feel there is no way for me to improve this score… I will definitely continue on fighting, I have to. It doesn’t change the fact that I feel like crap though lol
Thank you for this!
