Kidney Strange Renal Plasma Flow Equation?

Mentioned in Kaplan Step 1 Qbank that:

Renal Plasma Flow = (Mean Arterial Pressure - Right Atrial Pressure) / Renal Vascular Resistance

What is the origin of that please ?

i guess instead of right atrial pressure it has to be the pressure in the renal veins...
