Kaplan Medical Should I go for Kaplan Course?

I am an IMG and I want to try USMLE and I am thinking about having Kaplan course, but I have a problem..
I am currently working at a hospital and I don't know if I will be able to learn all the materials from Kaplan.
I may have only 3 hours a day for studying. So, what do you think: Is it enough? Do you think that I will not waste my money if I have only a very little time to study every day?

btw, a friend of mine have offered me some of her materials, and it included old Kaplan notes (maybe 2010 version) it very different from those 2012 version?
thx u
