Default What to expect from NBMEs

Hi everyone,

I just started studying full-time for my step I Monday, and will give it a take on June 16th. I am currently doing DIT, and after these 3 weeks are up I plan on doing literally nothing but U-World, writing out explanations, and revising over and over with questions and the notes. After DIT is over, do you think U-World alone enough (with some referencing to FA)?

My goal is to be somewhere over 240. I just took NBME and made a 480, which correlates to a 217. I'm okay with that, but was wanting to know if it is realistic to expect an increase to over 240 between now and June 16th.

Thanks a lot guys and good luck in your studies!

Any advice guys? I was just wanting to know if it is feasible to jump up from 217 to 240+ in six weeks. Thanks.

Thanks! I was surprised to get that score because I thought I was really messing up bad on blocks 2 and 3.

Does anyone know if doing DIT in the first two weeks is okay, just as a way to solidify the weaker areas. I want to finish DIT in two weeks, and start U-world. I wanted to start UW in week 1, but after learning each lecture from that day it is already past 11pm. Thanks.
