Question Protein reaction in basement membrane

A 34 year old man comes to physician for follow up examination. He was recently diagnosed with glomerulonephritis after presenting to the hospital with pulmonary hemorrhage, a biopsy renal with immunofluorescence shows linear IgG on the kidney basement membrane. These antibodies are also likely to react with which of the following structures?

A- Epiphyseal plates
B- Fascia
C- Granulation of tissue
D- Lens of the eye
E- Nucleus pulposus
F- Corneal
G- Vitreous body of the eye

Cornea?

Again, is this Kaplan?
Eye has more than 30 types of collagen in it... Do I really need to know all of them? It has to be collagen type IV but I am not quite sure if it's cornea or lens....

ha, just had this question - lens of eye is right answer.

btw - there were no such answer as "corneal" - your answer choice is wrong
