Default how to tackle weak areas

My NBME showed that all my previous weak areas have significantly improved -except these (which are at the lower borderline):

-Genetics
-Pathology
-MSS (i though i had this system down but it was the lowest on my score report!)
-Histology and cell biology (i dont even know what the hell they mean by this!)

What do you guys suggest i do to work on genetics and pathology? I mean its weird that after 5 weeks of studying, they're still the same -with genetics even lower than before!

Should i try sources other than FA and UW? Such as pathoma for path and kaplan for genetics?
Or it isnt too wise to put in new stuff?
