Microscope Died from breat cancer

A 52-year-old woman dies 9 months after being diagnosed with well-differentiated ductal carcinoma of the right breast metastatic to the brain, liver, and lung. Her mother and one of her sisters have also died from beast carcinoma. Which of the following molecular abnormalities is most likely to be found in this patient?

A- Amplification of the HER2 gene in somatic cells
B- Amplification of the n-myc gene in neoplastic cells
C- Deletion of the Rb locus in health somatic cells
D- Fusion of the ABR and C-ABL genes in neoplastic cells
E- Germline inactivation of the BRCA-1 gene

I'd pick up "E" ... inactivation of a Tumor suppressor gene like BRCA-1 and BRCA -2 can result in Breast Cancer ... Choice "e" is the one which include such possibility .. But the thing is " I think A is suspicious too " ... Because an overexpression or amplification of a protooncogen can cause Breast CA as does the erb-B2 or (HER -2 ).
So, Any ideas ??
But since the mother and her sister are also involved with Breast CA then it must be BRCA-1 or 2 because BRCA-1 is involved in familial Breast and Ovarian CA.
