Listening Are DIT worth doing??

Hello! I am appearing for step 1 in july. Am done with read of kaplan, and now doing kaplan qbank, and will start uworld soon. Wanted to know if DIT lectures are worth listening?? I found goljan audios worth it, but kaplan videos of some kinda too lenghthy except the BS and pharma part, which were more informative.
Should i do these DIT lecture??

I think DIT is really essential if you want to score high. It is said that after DIT your baseline score increases upto 15 percent. So it is high time you start with it.

i also thought they were helpful. they helped me not just skim through first aid but really get into the details of it among other useful points that get thrown in. i think it really helped my solidify my knowledge and by the time i finished all of the lectures i felt really good and ready to take the test. i thought they were great. (i get my scores wednesday so i can't say for sure how i did)

Default needed

DIT is a really useful tool...

it focuses on those areas in FA whr we usually tend to overlook

and it made me stronger in my weak areas like biochem bio statistics

Jenkins comes thru most of em

nw 2011 version has some funny clips in-between called
-right brain bonus
-mnemonic monster
-stepping up


u can finish it in 15days overall
