Planning Exam in October! Study schedule

hi fellow doctors!

I am an IMG and have planned to give the step1 in september. I need some guidance over how to study. My AIM is to achieve 240+

to start with, I am currently doing my post grad in NEUROSURGERY from China. so, I also need to go to hospital and do my thesis. Practically speaking I don't have much time to study at home, but I really wanna get the License in USA.
I can afford 4-5hours everyday I suppose just for step 1.

Last year I did finish 3Ps, Micro, biochem, BS from Kaplan. but never touched the ANATAOMY (truly speaking, I am scared of it.) right now i stated with Neuroscience as it seems interesting and also related to my grad course. started with Kaplan videos and plan to finish by FA and HY.

Hopefully I will finish it by tomorrow. SO, any new ideas or plan for me. I really wanna dig it in one time, I cannot afford to take the exam twice and thats the reason why I chose october.
It would be really nice if you could suggest me how to nail it!
