Forget this years match. I gave my CS in mid April. I already started uworld and did goljan twice before I left India.
I'm studying again now, without expecting to remember stuff. Worrying about this years match will only waste your time. Trust me, I've been there and I know. You won't believe how relaxed you feel the moment you decide to skip this year.

Default Do not worry if you have built your castles in the air. They are where they should be. Now put the foundations under them. - Henry Thoreau

I think you should first calm down!
I'm not a pro but I've had similar experience in my med school.
Instead of worrying, plan out how you can best adjust your study hours to focus on what you are worried about.
Make a plan and adhere to it (Get someone to help you make it. Ask your sibling or family or friend to keep reminding you what you have to accomplish that day)
Working hard for even these 3 months or less can give you a perfect score.
Don't forget First Aid!
Also Pray!:sorryIt's underrated but it's very helpful to stay sane)
