Help How to proceed after first read of Kaplan

Hi,
I completed my first read of Kaplan Lecture Notes plus videos. It took me very longer than anticipated. I did not do any qbank , I haven't read FA, I feel overwhelmed starting my 2nd read... here is my questions regarding how to proceed
1) should I start reading KLN notes and do q bank
2) should I start with DIT and qbank
3) do my 2nd read plus Kaplan Qbank bank then do dit and uw

What I see on forums is ppl do dit towards end of their prep , where they have at least done some q bank to compare their performances!

4) tell me what should be my time frame to complete 2nd read and do kaplan qbank ... i haven't taken a date yet (I used goljan and Kaplan as my resources)

I fear my 2nd read will take too much time , since in the first read i just understood things, but 2nd read is about cramming all the crammable stuff!

plzzzz , any suggestions will be a great help and will help me frame things.

I would say you shall go through Kaplan qbank subject wise along with lectures/goljan.This will give you an idea of ur prep and also you will be done with ur second read. You can start with FA afterwards and then uworld.I assume you are not going to apply for this match so you still have time to do both qbanks.Good luck

QBook is useful only if done after completing each subject to review your knowledge of that subject.. that is, if you are not using an online question bank subject wise.
Hope that helps. Good luck deciding.

DIT works best just before the exam, say in last 2-4 weeks with FA as a very quick review. Up to you.

Dont bother with DIT so early on ...its too fast, too much compact info , that will only piss u off, the benefits will mostly be lost ...in my opinion, and it wud help to hv atleast passed thru FA once before jumping into DIT.
Dont Rush things.
Restart kaplan, and read first Aid for relevant topics, decide which books u want to keep as ur main study material (either FA or kaplan ) , nd keep adding everything , all new info into it Annotate Highlight etc.
After covering a subject go over some Qbank ( UW if ur pressed for time , Kaplan if not )
Once uve passed thru all the Study material, then take an Nbme or something, if u want to see where u stand, as a point of reference and then Just stuick to ur main study book ( preferably FA ) and start with DIT if u feel like it, followed By a post DIT nbme and Exam .
Thats my plan

you may do DIT earlier but i don't think its a good idea to do it at this moment. you need to have a real good one read of FA at least to do it or it may totally sound like French but this whole material is super concise.

i was thinking of dit , just to get the cramming part better, its 15 days! maybe then if i start second read , it gives me better perspective as to where take a pause , eat , digest and regurgitate concepts... honestly im thinking of doing it first only to aid my second read , so i m not lost in the way ... i am afraid that it might take too long , tell me wht u think ! i shall reconsider

I kinda understand what your saying there, abt getting lost and taking too long,
Tell u what , u can try DIT, Start with Day 1 , check how Long it takes u to cover the material for day 1, and how much ur getting out of it and after day 1 , u can probably judge for urself if its worth while doin it at this point.

Regarding ur 2months For ur Second read plan, that seems like a reasonable time line, it will probably take a bit longer, depending how many questions u get right/wrong on the bank ( More questions wrong= more explanations to read/counter check from source material etc add annotate stuff )
so keep it flexible.
make a plan, and then try to stick to it, with out burning urself out. Take a break on a weekend, reward urself for the good progress thru the week.
Remember if Covering DIT takes longer than a month , then its probably not worth it at this point.
