A 16-year-old female with mentrual bleeding during 7 days, gingival bleeding, platele count normal, and increased in bleeding time and PTT. Further evaluation shows decreased in platelet with addition of ristocetin? Which of the following is most like the diagnosis?

A) Platelet adhesion with ↓GP 1b
B) Defect of platelet agregation with ↓GP IIb-IIIa
C) Bind to GP 1b reception on platelets
D) Bind to the glycoprotein IIb & IIIa by platelets
E) Bind by preventing glycoprotein IIb & IIIa expression

c)-vWF synthesized by endothelial cells and megakaryocyts
synthesized in weibel-palade bodies in endothelial cells
platelets carry vWF in their a-granules
vWF-binds platelets to exposed collagen
platelets have glycoprotein(Gp) Ib receptors for vWF
VIII:vWF complexes with VIII:c in the circulation prevents degradation of factor VIII:c
when VIII:c is activated by thrombin ,it dissociates from the VIII:vWF complex and performs its procoagulant function in the intrinsic coagulation cascade system
