USMLEWorld unable to launch uworld..

hi... coukd somebody help me on this one.... uworld isn't opening up... this happened earlier too but then i got it after i uninstalled the whole thing and downloaded it again... now even that isn't working... the java app is fine... what should i do?? does this happen normally or did i do something to piss off the ppl at uworld..? i sometimes use the touchpad of my laptop (feel li'l lazy to reach the mouse).. is that why this is happening ?

Contact the customer care.
I don't have a mouse. I use only the touchpad.
The people at UWorld don't have anything against you unless you have some kind of software in your computer that they think is trying to steal there work.
