Question Congenital adrenal hyperplasia types and effects on sexual maturation

Please any one let me know external and internal genital changes in male and female with 11-beta hydroxylase deficiency, 21 hydroxylase deficiency and 17 alpha hydroxylase deficiency

I am very confused.

in 11 and 21 def. you have increased androgens so in a female this will cause problems, it will cause female pseudohermaphroditism as she will have normal internal genitles but externally her genitalia will be virilized.

17 def is trickier, let me try and think this out:
in 17 def you will have decreased androgens, this is bad news for a male. this will cause feminization of male external genitalia and will cause lack of formation of prostate (less test means less DHT, therefore less prostate and external genitalia formation).
Testosterone also is responsible for internal genitalia formation so you wont get those. also i think testosterone is required for production of mullerian-inhibiting factor, so without that you will form female internal genitalia.
So i guess in 17 def you have everything like a female?
