Unhappy USMLE Exam Stress?

My question pertains to Exam stress! Ever since I've finished my First read of Kaplan Lecture Notes, and begun doing First Aid (Taking the exam in Sep/Oct), I've become SO stressed & anxious. I mean the kind of stress I had a month or two before my final year of medscool exam. Everything's so hazy and oddly weird. The sleep hours have decreased so much (I loved sleeping!) :S The stress isn't affecting my studies luckily, but outside the book, it's like I'm semi-dysfunctional :S Anyone else feel that way?! Or do I sound like a case right off Behavioral Sciences?

I think you should shutdown your computer and go watch a movie or eat out somewhere nice. its important to leave some time for relaxation.

Wow, thank you SO much for replying. I guess I must take a little time off. I was worried that I needed to see someone for this, Heh! The panic is overwhelming. It isn't so much about the stress, as it's about the timing. I mean four months early is SO early! I guess my Brain is clearly fed up and in dire need of relaxation! I did go out yesterday to the mall, and felt *slightly* better. But I guess I do need to relax more

it's weird, at the beginning of my prep I had the same symptoms because I could not imagine how to get through such a huge study material. I could get very little sleep, used BZD and propranolol prn for like 2-3 weeks! Now that I know everything I mean I have exam in 2 weeks and all I do is revision and self assessments, I have no anxiety at all happy about it..
